Admission to the Culture and Language Academy of Success begins each Spring with CLAS conducting an open enrollment period for the upcoming school year. Parents can attend any one of a series of CLAS open house school tours plus an orientation meeting where they receive information about the school's vision, mission, curriculum, policies, and more. If parents are interested in applying for enrollment for their child(ren), they fill out an application, upon receipt of which by the deadline enters their child in the pool of applicants from for the number of available seats in the applicable grade level. In the event that there are more applicants than available spaces for a particular grade level, a lottery will be conducted to determine who is admitted. Priority is granted to students with siblings already enrolled at CLAS.

Please note that once the open enrollment period closes, no further students are admitted for the school year. Applicants who were not admitted, must reapply during the open enrollment period for the next school year if they desire to do so. We feel that this is the fairest process available for ensuring all applicants an equal opportunity for admittance based on the limited number of spaces that become available each year.

The open house tours began on Thursday, February 10 and take place every other Thursday morning at both locarions. All open houses will take place from 9:00 AM -10:00 AM. The open house tour dates are:

• February 10
• February 24
• March 10
• March 24
• April 7
• April 28 (changed from April 21 due to Spring Break)

The prospective parent orientation will take place on Tuesday, May 24 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Orville Wright site in the auditorium.
